Q: Is Chan Long a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: Chan Long is hand saw manufacturer and we can provide the service for OEM and ODM.

Q: How can I get a catalog?
A: Chan long doesn’t have hard copy catalog for several years. We caring for the earth and responsible
   for environmental protection. You can see our all product through the website.

Q: What kind of steel for the blade?
A:  We only use the Japanese high carbon steel from Nippon Steel and Nisshin Steel to provide the
    high-quality  products.

Q: What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:  The MOQ is 2,000 pcs up. 
    For customers cooperate for the first time, the quantity of MOQ is negotiable.    
    Inquiries are welcome.

Q：Payments & Trade Terms
A：Payments: by T/T
    Trade Terms: FOB Taichung or Keelung port in Taiwan (R.O.C).

Q：Can I get samples?
A：Sure. For Taiwan customers, you can come to our office or freight collect to get the sample.
    For other customers, you only need to pay freight fees.

Q：Can Chan Long ‘s hand saw cut metals, nails or stones?
A：Sorry, it can’t. Our hand saws are only used for cutting trees, woods and PVC pipe for now.
